TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Definitions

The Provider: Bell Global Event Hire

The Client: The person, company, or organisation booking Bell Global Event Hire for their event.

This agreement outlines the terms of hire for Bell Global Event Hire’s photo booth services. It supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements and represents the full understanding between both parties.
2. Booking Fee & Payment Terms
-
$200 of the total payment is a non‑refundable booking fee that secures the event date.
-
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
-
If full payment is not received by the day before the event, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
-
For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required upfront.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Bookings made more than 30 days in advance include a 7‑day cancellation grace period for a full refund of the booking fee.

After the grace period, the booking fee is non‑refundable.

Bookings made within 30 days of the event are non‑refundable from the time of payment.
-
One reschedule is permitted with 21+ days’ notice, subject to availability.
-
If no alternate date is available, the booking fee will be forfeited.
4. Service Guarantee

If no service is delivered due to our fault, a full refund will be provided.

This does not apply if the client fails to pay or provide suitable conditions.
5. Event Requirements & Safety

The client must provide a clean, flat, dry, smoke‑free area (minimum 3m x 3m) with a nearby power outlet.

Outdoor setups require adequate weather protection (e.g., marquee or tent).
-
The provider reserves the right to refuse or pause service if the location is unsafe or unsuitable.
-
Attendants may exclude guests who are intoxicated, abusive, or behaving dangerously.
-
Props must remain in the booth area; lost or damaged items will be charged to the client.
6. Overtime

Overtime is charged at the booth’s hourly rate in 30‑minute increments.

Hourly rate: $200 per hour.
7. Media Consent

By booking our services, the client agrees that photos and videos captured during the event may be used by Bell Global Event Hire for promotional purposes (website, social media, advertising).

If the client prefers not to have their event content used, they must notify us in writing before the event.
-
We will make reasonable efforts to exclude guests who request not to be featured.
-
We do not use identifiable content of minors under 18 for marketing.
-
If any content is posted in error, we will promptly remove it upon request.
8. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, event details) to manage bookings and deliver services.

All online payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted and reputable payment platform.
-
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
9. Liability
-
The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests or venue conditions.
-
Bell Global Event Hire is not liable for delays or failures caused by venue restrictions, weather, or unsafe conditions.
10. Travel & Accommodation
-
A travel fee of $2/km applies to events located more than 30km from Perth CBD.
-
For events over 3 hours away or finishing after 11pm, the client must provide overnight accommodation.
